Environmental consumer labelling for mobile apps

I first made mention of this in my round up from a recent trip to Edinburgh. This week I had sometime to begin to develop it. The idea is still bare bones, but its in a sufficent state to begin to socialise it around contacts to see if there is interest in supporting and developing the idea further. To work this needs to be for and by the community, so please send me any feedback, ideas, suggestions on who to speak to next, and we will see where we end up!
